FuturePath AI provides educational and career planning guidance. It does not guarantee admissions, employment, income, or financial outcomes.
FuturePath AI is designed local-first: most of your information (profile, lifestyle goals, recommendations) is stored in your browser, not on our servers.
Data we process
- Profile and preferences (age, location, subjects, income goals) — stored locally.
- Account and billing (email, subscription) — only if you create an account.
- AI usage (request counts) to prevent abuse and meter credits.
- Anonymous usage analytics (e.g. “started assessment”) — only with your “Analytics” consent, under a random id, never your name, email, or answers.
Legal basis
We process your data to provide the service and with your consent, consistent with applicable US laws (including COPPA for minors).
Minors
Users under age 13 require verifiable parental consent.
